The house is beautiful! So many rooms, windows, balconies, places to sit and relax! The Rapunzel window over the kitchen was such fun for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped. The games downstairs were great. Love the bathrooms! Fishing off the dock multiple times a day and night on a whim was such a treat. Host was very responsive, but literally we needed nothing.

Wonderful and Quiet stay for our large family

Everything. I mean everything was wonderful!!!! Only 1 downside….We either didn't know how to turn on sauna or it wasn't working. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large family, especially a bunch of teenagers. Great separation between adults and kids. Everything was so close. We truly enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

Before Booking - Confirm if home is still under construction!

The stay was disappointing due to ongoing construction issues and the chaos that followed. Repairs were not mentioned in the initial listing of the house and details were only shared after booking. Repairs were stated for Oct, not the last wk of Nov during the stay. When notified by the host the wk before arrival that repairs were still underway, at that point it was too late to cancel for a full refund. Photos sent by the host showed minor repair but the reality was totally different when workers were actually working. On the 1st morning, loud construction began at 7am and a water line break caused a water outage. Although the host apologized, offered free golf cart use and sent treats no discount was provided despite the inconveniences.The property had addt'l issues: a leaking downstairs tub rendered a bathroom unusable for bathing and an extra living/game area was actually a damp, smelly garage room. The backyard patio was inaccessible due to caution tape. A rat was seen on the upper patio one evening, raising concerns. The bedroom and bathroom layout was inconvenient with no private bathroom - each room shares a bathroom, except the garage room.The overall annoyance from construction, combined with the numerous inconveniences made the stay frustrating. While efforts were made to enjoy the trip, the property was not as advertised and should not have been listed for rental during repairs. This experience left us feeling slighted and would not book this property again.

Weekend Golf and Fishing Trip

This was a weekend golf and fishing trip for me and some of my sales reps. The owner was very quick to respond and even checked in to make sure everything was ok with the rental. The location was awesome and the house was perfect. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Navarre area.
