We really enjoyed our stay at this location.

We are a family of 4 wirh 2 boys 10 and 13. We really enjouyed our stay. The food was very good and the prices in the restaurant is very reasonable. The staff was very friendly. Lucimda at the front desk was vwry friendly and helped us find 2 rolla away cots. The hotel is right next to a marina and the ferry landing so thay was super convenient. Also, the parking lot was well lit and there were plenty of trailer parking. The stay also cost us half of what it would cost to stay in Havasu Lake City. The rooms were clean and new and the casino wasnt as small as what the other reviews would have you believe.

Not much as far as restaurants or markets. You have to go across on the ferry for anything. Love rooms! Views are gorgeous. Casino is nice. Ferry leaves from casino. Staff is great! Rooms are very nice! Beds are comfortable.

Its just okay

Everything was fine except our room was cold and blanket/comforter is thin. It took a while to figure out the thermostat. The front desk wasn't able to tell us how to turn off the air, nor bring us extra blankets. No one was available to do so. It was midnight when we got in though. The restaurant is on Arizona time even though the hotel is in California, so be aware you need to check out at 10am California time, and breakfast is over at 930 California time. They seemed under staffed, too.
