Wake up to awesome views and coffee by the fire. This unit is perfectly situated at The Ledges, just a quick five-minute drive to the Mountain Inn. Four Seasons Rentals presents Mountain Dreams condo. This newly designed, phenomenal condo offers stunning 180-degree views of Charlottesville, Lake Monocan, the UVA observatory, and ski slopes. Located at the highest elevation, this two-story condo provides a prime location, only 8 miles from Devil's Backbone Brewery, Bold Rock, or Three Notch'd. Walk conveniently across the street for stone-fired pizza and beer at Fire and Frost. Ask us what the hours are.

Additionally, you have the option to stroll to the spa for a treatment. Please note that we do not have access to the spa or Wintergreen facilities. If you purchase a spa treatment, you have access to their pool, gym, and locker rooms for the day. For skiers, it's just a short walk to the Upper Wild Turkey ski lift. It's important to note that cell phone coverage may be spotty depending on your carrier.

This condo provides two levels of comfortable living with a large bedroom and full bath on each floor and two fireplaces, including one in the lower primary suite. The spacious lower primary suite has just been redesigned to ensure a wonderful sleep experience. A brand new DreamCloud king-size bed is in the lower suite with a queen in the guestroom. Professionally cleaned hotel-quality linens and towels.

ACCESS
This condo is a lower unit within a building. There's a long walkway typical of Wintergreen condos. There are three sets of stairs to gain entry into the unit. Once inside, there is flight of stairs leading to the lower level primary suite.

AMENITIES
This unit does not have access to the Wintergreen spa and pool, Devil's Knob Grill, golf or tennis. Purchase a spa treatment and gain access to the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and fitness center — a five-minute walk across the road from the condo. During the summer season, guests have access to Lake Monocan (fees apply). We offer free pool access to Chestnut Springs pool (7-8 min drive) and Rodes Farm pool (20 mins away in the valley). Registered guests (up to 6) may use the pools from 2–6 p.m. daily. Tennis at Rhodes Farm, pickleball, and the trout pond are open year-round. Stony Creek Golf Course, with 27 holes, is also available all year.

PETS
✷ Pet cleaning fee: $75 for each pet. If dogs are not paid for upfront, they will be billed post-booking or taken out of security deposit.

EARLY CHECK-INS/ CHECKOUTS
✷ If you would like an early check-in or late checkout, we will ask housekeeping if they can accommodate. We charge $65 for a 12 PM check-in or for a late checkout of 1 PM. This covers housekeeping and other fees we incur on our end.
