The apartment is located on a 3rd floor (with lift), once inside it comprises of the following: open-plan and modern kitchen fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and all of the necessary crockery and utensils.

The living-dining space is also open-plan and features a comfortable 2-seater sofa, Smart TV with international channels, WIFI internet, ceiling fan and dining table and chairs for indoor dining. From the living room there is direct access via sliding windows to a private west-facing terrace that offers lovely side sea views. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor dining table that seats up to four guests, perfect for dining al fresco while looking at the sea. In addition, there are two extra deck chairs.

The bedroom is fitted with two single beds put together and has built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The bathroom comprises of a bathtub with overhead shower, here is where the washing machine is located.
