In the middle of the southern Spanish resort of Nerja, the cozy apartment "Pintada 25" welcomes you with overlooking the Calle Pintada. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV and a washing machine. A furnished balcony and a terrace with sun loungers are also part of the apartment. Here you can relax in the sun or enjoy the warm nights together with a glass of wine. Thanks to the central location of the apartment in the center of town, restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets are only a few minutes walk away. But the former fishing village with its picturesque alleys and flower-decorated houses also invites you simply to stroll. The nearest beach and the Balcón de Europa are within 3 minutes (240m) walking distance. The famous caves of Nerja can be reached by car in 12 minutes (5km). The city of Malaga and the airport are a 45-minute drive (55km) away.

Great Location

We had a four night stay and the location was perfect. We were lucky enough to be there in the New Year and we had a procession go past our balcony, which was great because were so central. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay here. The host Dory communicated clearly and was really helpful. The sun terrace was absolutely lovely, surprisingly quiet and private. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped (although we didn’t do any cooking at all) and it is in such a great location - 5 mins to the Balcon, Playa de Salon or Playa Carabeo beaches.

Communication with owner was outstanding. Dory was extremely responsive and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay in any of her properties. The apartment is within walking distance to everything - beaches, restaurants, shopping and parking. Very quiet apartment.
