“Hibiscos 50B” is a well maintained 2-bedroom apartment in modern style with high standard and room for a total of 5 people. It has an open island kitchen solution with granite top and is generously equipped. The apartment has 1 luxurious bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a technical room with washing machine, children’s beach toys and storage.

The large 50 sqm terrace has access from both the living room and the main bedroom. Dining place for 5 people and two sunchairs and a charcoal bbq. The terrace has panoramic privacy-protected south and west facing views until sunset of Nerja, the Mediterranean and the surrounding mountains. There are awnings for nice shade on sunny days. In addition to the stunning views and , the neighborhood is very quiet, yet located near to the pool area, the local supermarket, local restaurants, roof-top bar and a spa. The apartment has one of the best locations in San Juan de Capistrano.

Directly behind the apartment you find free parking with plenty of parking spaces. Only 1 minute from the apartment you have direct access to a vast national park with many trails for hiking and mountain-biking.

Nerja is a genuine and charming town with fantastic views of mountains and sea. There is everything from good food, culture and small hidden beaches as well as cozy mountain villages. The area offers beautiful nature where you can hike, cycle, climb, dive, etc. Nerja is also only 1.5 hours from the Sierra Nevada ski resort. There are also nice golf courses nearby. In other words, there is something for everyone in Nerja!
