Nerja Paradise Rentals - Villa Verania

Villa Verania is a contemporary three-bedroom villa with a very large south facing terrace and private pool. The villa has private access from the road and parking for one vehicle within the grounds.



The villa is located in the enviable area near the Parador Hotel - just a short walk down to Burriana Beach and a 15-minute stroll into the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops within a short walk of the villa. Villa Verania is next door to our Villa Daisy - and near all of our properties in the Parador area.



To one side of the entrance hall is a twin bedroom and to the other a separate shower room with toilet and wash basin and the open plan living room/diner and modern kitchen area. From the lounge/diner area are sliding patio doors leading out to the large terraced area equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue for dining and relaxing al fresco. Further terraces surround the private pool where there are 6 sun-loungers for soaking up the sun.



On the 1st floor there is a further twin bedroom with separate shower room and the king-size master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room. From the master bedroom patio doors open onto a private terrace which overlooks the pool area and has views to the sea and over the town. A staircase leads to the roof terrace which also offers stunning views down over the town to the sea.



This property is ideal for families and groups as it sleeps 6 people



Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking and private pool (4.9m x 2.8m and 1.35 - 1.55 m depth).



All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

Nerja really does offer something for everyone – whether wandering around the typically Spanish streets of whitewashed houses and the famous Balcón de Europa, shopping in the lively commercial area, enjoying the many water sports available at one of our amazing beaches, hiking in the incredible Sierra Almijara or making the most of free tapas still served with drinks in most bars – you’ll never be bored!



The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.

Location is perfect, bars restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I thought the road would annoy me but it didn’t! We had a few issues with pillows, lights and ironing board but the staff were absolutely amazing dealt with everything straightaway. Nothing everything was perfect

Everything about the villa and the service was 10/10 and we would fully recommend it. The only slight downside was the very busy road on which it is located and associated noise. A mirror in the two twin rooms would be useful for when drying hair / getting ready etc in respective bedrooms

The amenities were great and it was a lovely place and the house is massive. Great location also. Very clean. But the only issue is you have to be aware of the busy road alongside. Ok in the day you can put music on but it remained busy at night. So kept us adults awake unfortunately. Apart from the road noise it was a super place.

The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. Clean, light, spacious (inside and outside) and comfortable. The location is superb - less than 10 mins walk to the town and beaches. The staff are always available and quick to respond to any questions. Nothing to comment about

Lovely villa

Great villa with fantastic outside space for sunbathing and eating. The location is good too, a really easy walk into town. The garage door to the parking space opens out straight onto the pavement so needs to be opened very carefully in case anyone is walking by, a roll-up door would be better. There is no cupboard space in the kitchen to store any dry foods.

Villa was very nice. Basic but clean and comfortable. Good quality bedding which is priority for me. Good outdoor space, although table and chairs could do with a little tlc and only one sun shade as second one incomplete so couldn't be used. Outdoor furniture could do with an upgrade

Perfect Stay

We stayed in the Villa for two weeks over our wedding in Nerja. The villa is spacious and spotless, with all the amenities required. The location is great, and the team are very attentive. The pool are is spacious, and was perfect for our daughter to play in. We had a perfect stay and are already looking to return next year. A bigger bin in the kitchen, understand the small one may be to encourage taking rubbish out for insect control, however we felt it was quite small and there were only 3 of us.

Don’t stay here if you have a hire car

The Villa is in a central location however the parking access is too narrow and with a high pavement kerb made getting the car in/out of the driveway very difficult , there is very limited on street car parking so this made staying here with a car extremely stressful. Otherwise the villa was clean and modern.
