Public parking on the road.     We found the property excellent and very well equipped. It was in a great location, tranquil, private and only minutes from the beach. With the various verandas at the property it created a great sense of space.

    Strand vakantie Nerja - Top Plek

    De vakantiewoning ligt op een heuvel. De afdaling naar het strand is ongeveer 300 meter. Het huis ziet er netjes uit en is in prima staat. Het huis is voorzien van 3 terrassen en een gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Het huis beschikt over een wasmachine die wel handig is omdat de handdoeken bij een verblijf van een week niet gewisseld worden. Verder is er op 1 terras een BBQ. Het huis is voorzien van voldoende keukengerei waardoor het ook mogelijk is om zelf te koken. Er is ook een goed werkende oven. Het enige nadeel is dat het huis niet beschikt over een tweede toilet. De kwaliteit van de Wifi was redelijk.

    Perfect for families

    For two grownups and two kids, this was a perfect location. Close to the beach, the pool is shared between a few houses but we had it for ourselves every time we went there. Very nice view from the veranda and close to everything else you need like restaurants, shops, bakery etc.

    Beautiful apartment and a warm reception from Cecilia and little Victoria. Great comfort and perfect location 10 out of 10. xxx was great at helping with transfers and explained all we needed to know about the apartment. We will be back

    Lovely House with plenty space

    We loved our stay at this house. The house is located up a steep hill from Burriana Beach but that wasn't a problem for us. There was ample parking outside the property however it might be busier in peak season, given that it is so close to the beach. We tended to walk down to the area near the Balcon most nights which took about 15 minutes but it was a lovely walk through the narrow streets. The house was equipped with everything you could need and more !! Games, cards, many books. The air conditioning was welcomed in the living room and 2 bedrooms downstairs. There are 4 outdoor spaces to this property which means you have a sunny spot to sit in at any time of day. The terrace and solarium were fab with views of the sea, with the sun in the morning up to early evening to have breakfast, lunch and early evening drinks. The kitchen had everything you could need if you wanted to cook. My son loved the free wifi and TV stations ! . Clean property and comfortable. The only complaint I could make would be the outdoor furniture could maybe be updated however it was acceptable. There were bars, restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes walk, and a supermarket with fresh bread We would like to say thank you to the owner for allowing us to stay in the house, we would love to come back at some point in the future.
