Nice villa

The villa is located 10 min on foot from beach and app. 25 min from Nerja town. Please note that walking on foot home from the beach you have a steep road to climb up to the villa. You will find nice restaurants and bars both at the beach and in Nerja town. The villa has nice rooms (some rooms, not all, with AC) on all three floors, and a nice terrace with a good pool. We were 7 people on holiday and the villa worked out perfectly for us, with enough room and space for us all.

Our recent vacation

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 10 days. It was absolutely Devine. Very spacious we had 9 persons and never felt cramped. The pool was kept in excellent condition and again the area was spacious. Our trip was made even more amazing by the wonderful staff. At inter home especially D. and C. Two efficient helpful and friendly ladies who were available to us around the clock. They could not have done more to assist us. We will definitely use this fantastic company again. Thank you.

Nöjd med det mesta. Tre familjer (1-70 år) delade på boendet. Funkade fint trots många trappor. Huset har tre våningar. I priset för boendet saknade vi basvaror i köket t.ex. olja, kryddor, tillräckligt med maskindiskmedel m.m. Nu måste alla hyresgäster köpa nytt. Köpta, kvarlämnade strandparasoller borde också kunna lämnas över till nästa hyresgäst. Var hamnar de annars? Gångavstånd till två matvaruaffärer. Nära till stranden. Brant backe ner/upp.

Fantastiskt generationsboende

Ett stort hus i tre plan som passar en resa för flera generationer/ familjer. Rent och ok, men lite gammaldags och inte lyxigt inrett. Poolen är stor, växter och trädgård välskött. Mycket bra och lätt kontakt med Intethome på plats. De fixade stor solparasoll som saknades, fixade barnsäng som krånglade mm. Hade vi sagt till att juicepressen inte funkade ( det gjorde den inte) och att vi tyckte att antalet glas var för litet hade de säkert åtgärdat det snabbt.

To sum up the property, we would say it is tired and needs some Tender Loving Care throughout the property. Fantastic location but you need to be fit if you plan to walk to the beach, the incline back to the property is a challenge. Very quiet area which was a bonus. We were lucky to enter the property early when we arrived from the airport but the pool needed cleaning as well as the outside areas and the water was off on the upper floor. We had to give our contact a call, sorted very quickly.

Lovely property. The InterHome team were fantastic, very helpful. The property is in a good location with excellent facilities. It is perhaps a little tired, needs a refresh, but overall we were very happy with it and would stay again!

La casa bien, bastante grande,con todo lo necesario, el único inconveniente para mí demasiadas escaleras, sobre todo para acceder a la piscina, la cual es grande y nada fría, y que hay muchos mosquitos, claro está rodeado de mucha vegetación, por lo demás bien.

Está villa de Nerja es maravillosa, cuenta con todas las necesidades, todos los detalles y está muy limpia y cuidada. Fueron unas vacaciones estupendas, por ponerle alguna pega he de decir que las habitaciones no tienen persiana. Todo lo demás no hay ningún fallo, la persona que nos hizo la entrega y recogida de llaves fue N. y también fue encantadora y estupenda

Andra gången vi bor här och vi älskar alla uteplatser,poolen, den otroliga utsikten från master bedroom, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, det välfungerande köket och läget. Mindre bra är sängarna. Man känner fjädrar och knölar. Det har båda somrarna funnits flera svalbon och varje kväll har vi ägnat några minuter åt att städa bort svalguano, äckligt!! I lägenheten luktar det inte fräscht utan mögel och unket. Där bodde ungdomarna och de klagade inte. Sammanfattning: lite som satt bo i en sommarstuga!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und alle waren sehr freundlich. Der einzige Kritikpunkt. Für die Anzahl der Personen waren zu wenig und zu kleine Töpfe und Pfannen im Haus.

Talo on kulunut, mutta toimiva jos ei odota mutään luksusta. Altaalla suihku valui koko ajan ja teki lammikon altaan viereen. Yhteyshenkilö oli auttavainen vaikka ei saanutkaan TV:tä toimimaan ja MM kisoja miesväki katsoi sitten XXX iltä.
