Lived in three hotel in turkey this trip , this is absolutely the best . The most friendly and helpful staffs among all the hotels and restaurants we went to in turkey , the breakfast is delicious , the dinner is delicious and priced very reasonable, no wonder it is so hard to book. The lamb is probably the most delicious one even to the one in our party who usually doesn’t eat lamb. But the best part of the hotel is their staffs . Well trained . We stayed at Kelebek Cave Hotel from 8th Nov to 10th Nov. We were a group of four with three rooms. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The hotel communicated to us from the beginning via WhatsApp and the pick up arranged was also nice and easy. The rooms are lovely, breakfast was excellent with amazing views. Most importantly, the hotel staff were very nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. :)

Cave hotel experience is unique. 4000 years ago how people lived in caves. Now we have all the modern facilities to enjoy the unique experience. Very comfortable and large space. Was truly exceptional service. Hospitality at the peak. Front desk, hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and any requests were welcome. Late check out was not a problem. Breakfast and restaurant was very good.

What a fantastic stay all around. The views are amazing, breakfast was A+, the staff were so accommodating and beyond helpful and friendly. They were always very responsive to any question when we communicated via WhatsApp. We are looking forward to our next trip to cappadosia.

We arrived by night bus in the early morning and were offered breakfast even before check in. Staff also hurry up with the cleaning and our room is ready by 10am well before check in time at 2pm and got upgraded. Wifi speed very good but there are still inherent deficiency of cave hotel such as white debris/dust from the ceiling and shower water is a bit weak and not hot enough. On our last night there was unstable electricity in our room and went all dark for 2 seconds and repeated four or five times.

Extremely Disappointed – Serious Dietary Negligence and Broken Promise I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Kelebek Special Cave Hotel & Spa. When ordering breakfast, I specifically requested that no beef be included in my omelette for religious reasons. I made this request very clear to the staff, and when my breakfast was served, I confirmed again that there was no beef in it. To my horror, I discovered meat (beef) inside the omelette. This was completely unacceptable and showed a serious lack of care and respect for guests’ religious and dietary requirements. I immediately complained to the manager, who apologized and took full responsibility for the mistake. As a gesture of goodwill, I was told that the 50% cost of one night’s stay would be refunded and that I should contact Expedia to arrange this. However, despite following their instructions, the refund has now been refused by the hotel. This experience has left me deeply disappointed. Not only was my religious dietary request ignored, but the hotel also failed to honour their own promise of compensation. I would not recommend Kelebek Special Cave Hotel & Spa to anyone who expects professionalism, honesty, or respect for religious beliefs and dietary needs.
