The room was absolutely filthy our keycard kept stopping to work at our door and it smelled bad the pool was dirty there was dirty old food in the refrigerator and there was dirty clothes left in the bathroom like that had not been cleaned . However housekeeper Michelle was wonderful

The rooms was horrible! They looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in.between guests tub had ring of dirt around it, toilet was despicable, floors had dirt and rosch eggs all along the walls and the ordor was unbearable, not to mention thr curtains was rigged up on hooks snd didnt close sll the way... 1 room didnt have any towels not that we wanted to use them but after reporting issues to front desk the housekeeping came to do what they call cleaning the rooms we jus gave up and went to walmart and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned them ourselves.

I checked into my room, it was supposed to be a NON SMOKING room, it smelled like an ashtray, the tub was filthy, the bed had crumbs and hair all over. The front desk person was very sweet, but it’s not my responsibility to help make the bed up with clean sheets. Breakfast was nothing to talk about. I would not stay here again.

The staff member called and tried to curse at me not once but 2x, I guess they don’t get customers and now I understand why, due to me cancel and choosing a better option with better amenities. But again, hope no one ever books with them, and I definitely be reporting them and going them reviews so everyone aware of how they treat people and that’s exactly why I canceled.

My room had roaches, a lot of them. For the first few days (out of the week I unfortunately bought there) my neighbors were like 3 or 4 loud kids screaming and running. Staff was okay. Id rather spend $60 a day than the $40 a day rate I got with all that factored in. I didnt complain about anything to the staff because I figured I got what I paid for and that this was just things they tolerated. Slept my week, left, and now I know not to rest here anymore unless I just absolutely cannot afford tonspend a little extra.

Tried two different rooms before we canceled our reservation. 1st room floors not vacuumed and smelt like stale cigarette smoke (requested no smoking). 2nd room again unclean floors, rusty pipes and smelt like wet dog.
