This amazing condo is spacious with high quality furnishing and appliances. Enjoy the seasonally heated pool at your front door. Grills are located by the pool and kept in excellent condition. Grill accessories are provided in the condo for your use. This center unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with easy elevator access to the 3rd floor. The master bedroom features a luxurious King bed, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom equipped with double vanities, a whirlpool tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest rooms provide versatile sleeping arrangements, with one a Queen bed and the other featuring a twin over full size with twin trundle, perfect for family or friends. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The dining area comfortably seats six, and four additional chairs at the bar making it ideal for all occasions!

In addition to the spacious condo, you have access to a locked storage unit right around the corner with beach wagon, cooler, umbrellas, chairs and more! The beach access is a short 8 minute walk from door to sand. It's easy access and just a couple of minutes to get to the 2nd clubhouse with pool and restrooms for a break from the beach.

Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with crockpot, duo coffee maker (k-cup and pot), toaster, full set of pots, pans, bake ware, dishes etc. Also provided is a closet full of beach towels and bath towels. Washer and Dryer in unit for your use.

The WIFI access is free and private, reliable and fast. You have plenty of space to work from at the bar, table, living room or master bedroom desk area.

There are starter supplies with things such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. There is a Dollar market just a mile down the road and a Publix supermarket within 3 miles. Everything is very convenient to the location.

The home is equipped with Blink Camera doorbell that has audio and recording features, Wifi lock , Wifi Thermostat so that it's easy to help guests and for safety reasons. There is Wifi extender added to give better connectivity at the pool as well.

Refunds can be offered only in accordance with the cancellation policy under which you book. We highly recommend all guests obtain travel insurance that would cover you in case of emergency or change in plans.
