Important Beach Update

The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

Lovely direct oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Private direct oceanfront balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beach. Oceanfront living room with a large flat-screen TV, DVD, recliner, and sofa sleeper. Ocean view, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy ocean-view dining with seating for 4 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. Oceanfront master with king-size bed, plantation shutters, TV, VCR, and private bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features 2 twins, plantation shutters, and a TV. The 2nd bath features a tub/shower. W/D inside the unit. Wireless internet access.

The Hacienda del Sol I is a five-story oceanfront condo on the beautiful car-free beach of New Smyrna. Enjoy the sunset on your own private balcony or collect sea shells along the ocean side. Families will enjoy the great pool deck with an oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard courts, gas bar-b-que grills, and a clubhouse. Laundry facilities are located on each floor and are coined operated. Walk right across the street to shopping and dining.

Great stay

First, yes we would stay in this room again. We have stayed at this property several times but this is the first for this room. I will start out that my husband and I are OCD when it comes to cleanliness. There was lots of hair left on the bathroom floor and on the master bed sheets. No fear, I always bring my own sheets and comforters- yes really. The only other “issue” was the amount of stuff in the condo. The closet’s are full of stuff and stained pillows and blankets. There is also about 100 cups/wine glasses/glasses, 4 coffee makers and about 3 or 4 blenders. This made putting spices and food items away difficult. There is however no steak knives, Tupperware, and only a few pots and pans. As in other comments, the mattresses are in great need of replacement. The king mattress really does have two full size body divots and 1 of the twins has one on the side. Other than those minor things the room was great. Great view, comfortable living room, and a washer and dryer. Nice place!

Condo was very well stocked.

The condo was wonderful. Loved having two complete bathrooms and washer an dryer in condo. That mattress in biggest bedroom is terrible. Crater in it. Needs to go!!! Pool was wonderful and nice an quite place to stay.would stay again if mattress is gone.😁

Nice Locale

Very nice location. Condo could use some updating, starting with the mattresses in both rooms, as well as the bedding. The master mattress had two "valleys" where people lay. Carpet in both bedrooms could use replacing or cleaning. Screen door to balcony sticks badly. Otherwise, fairly nice. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Great family Beach vacation

The unit was very clean and view from balcony was as advertised (just make sure to wash with bug spray for no-see-ums as they were pretty bad on balcony). Main bedroom bed was not the most comfortable we had slept on but sufficed. Mike at the office was very friendly and helpful. The entire complex was friendly and quiet late at night. Nothing beats waking up with the view and a cup of coffee and then the 2 minute walk out to the beach. There is grocery store, liquor store, and eateries just across the street so no need to travel much at all. We all enjoyed our vacation here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Beach getaway.

After Christmas beach break

We loved the location of this property. You truly are right on the edge of the ocean and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in. Having been central Florida residents in the past, we liked the location being within an hour of the metropolitan Orlando area as we were still able to see family and friends after the holidays but still have some time away for a little rest. The weather was not the greatest but we knew it can be iffy this time of the year. It was still good enough for us to take long beach walks with a sweatshirt instead of a bathing suit. The condo has everything you need and was exceptionally clean. Our only complaint was that the mattresses were very hollowed out and need replacing in both rooms. I'm sure the property owners are aware and probably have it on their to do list. Thanks for a very relaxing beach stay.

Beautiful Unit and Beach

This is a very nice unit on the 2nd floor-Oceanfront. Added bonus was a washer and dryer in the unit. Limited availability to beach items. Overall, a great place to stay!

Gorgeous Condo!

We arrived the end of September and stayed for most of the month of October 2018. Very comfortable condo with amazing ocean front views. Very well equipped with everything you need. The on-site manager Mike was super nice and helpful. PROS: The VIEW The beautiful furniture washed & dryer IN unit Onsite manager Mike The VIEW! CONS: Kitchen needs a good set of pots for people that like to cook. (Me) King mattress could stand replacing. Other than these two things, it was a perfect condo and an incredible month. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can’t say enough about how beautiful the location is. I plan to come again next year and many years to come. Highly recommend this property.
