It’s Beachy Keen!


New Smyrna has some of the best beaches in Florida. From the wonderful balcony, you can enjoy the sound of the crashing waves and the beautiful views. This unit boasts a fully stocked, recently renovated kitchen with new cabinets and quartz countertops and all other necessary items to make your vacation fabulous. New elevators. New and wider stairs for direct access to the beach. You’ll feel right at home!

The master bedroom suite has balcony access with beach view and is equipped with a king sized bed, 32” flat-screen color TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, 50” flat screen color TV and Blue Ray Player, and two luxurious leather recliners. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, brand-new refrigerator/ice maker, new microwave, coffee maker (Keurig and drip), toaster, and dishwasher. You also have the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with generous closet space and a chest of drawers with a Smart TV (for streaming) and VHS player. There is a second bathroom with a newly remodeled tub and shower combo. Free Wi-Fi service included!

The building has private gated beach access within 50 feet. Security cameras on all floors, game/recreation room, pool area, and viewing the parking lot. The large pool is heated in the winter months for guest enjoyment. There are 2 gas grills for use by guests. The newly remodeled recreation room on the 1st floor has a pool table and ping pong table. Parking is available in the large lot. There is a great selection of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Turtle Mound is a great visit for nature lovers and a short distance away. New Smyrna Beach has something for everyone and no doubt your stay will be memorable.

Beachy Keen was perfect for our 2 week trip to NSB. Steve was so accomodating and helpful. The condo is beautiful (decorated nicely and very homey!), has a fabulous view of the beach and the pool, and it has everything we needed coolers, all kitchen things that we needed, plenty of nice towels and the bed is very comfy! We loved it so much, that we are planning a return trip!

The condo was very well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. And we cook a lot. There were even 4 fans for use! There was a beach view to the south from the balcony which also overlooked the pool area. Steve and Cathy were very quick to respond to messages and also have a detailed set of instructions prior to arrival—very helpful!

This is our 4th stay at Beachy Keen. It’s very clean, great location for Orlando, Port Orange, and Daytona. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice view of beach. Quiet condo community. Looking forward to retuning next year.

Steve and Cathy are wonderful host! Communication was excellent. Condo is clean and comfy with so much attention to detail. The beds are nice and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Has everything needed to prepare meals. Has a wonderful "homey" feel. Nice to sit on the balcony and hear the sounds of the beach. The location is great with easy access to many restaurants and Flagler Ave. for shopping. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend for a great beach vacation.

Condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very good beach and ocean view without having to deal with the heat and direct all morning sunshine experienced with full ocean view condos. Really look forward to returning at a later date. Owners provided easy contact for any problems, questions or needs.
