This place is located in the best area. It is right on the beach and located a short walk from the strip on Flagler. It was very convenient. The air conditioning was on its last leg when we were there so it was a little hot and but we slept with the fans on and no blankets.

We had an amazing time while we were there only complaint we had was the pool was not heated while we were there because it was broke and that was the main reason we rented this property was because it had a heated pool but other than that no complaints

Excellent location

The location was perfect for our 3 grandchildren. We could see them in the pool and on the beach from our ground floor terrace. We never had to use the front door. The furnishings needed some updating but was well enough. We would definitely go back again.

Right on the beach

Great location literally on the beach with a pool about 50 feet away. The only bummer was the condition of the beach chairs which were so old, rusty and broken we could barely use them. Otherwise the property was amazing!

Great location.

Building is fairly “tired” and could definitely use a facelift. Our unit was in decent condition but definitely not one of the better ones that we have stayed in over the number of years in new Smyrna.
