This place cannot be beat for the price and convenience. Subway just around the corner. Beautiful and quite spacious outdoor area. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was great - just minutes from the Subway. The place itself was amazing, and the little extras provided by the owner were a nice touch. Wish the weather was warmer so we could have used the patio. Very pleasantly surprised by this place.

A great apartment for investigating the Lower Manhattan area. It was lovely and clean. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The furniture, decor and appliances were lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen whilst small had everything we needed. The supplied tea/coffee machine was great. Ideal for buses and the subway to get around New York. The host was very responsive to questions and the amenties were great! Everything was clean and up to date. The bedroom was "drafty" and a little cd, but there was access to plenty of extra blankets so no problems there! Easy walk to multiple MTA locations. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our needs! Clean, comfortable and well stocked. We were surprised by little touches like sealed packets with toothbrush/toothpaste and a brush/comb combo. The back patio is lovely and a perfect place to have a little breakfast in the morning. Easy street parking and good food within a short walk. We would certainly stay again!

The space was impeccably clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base for our visit. The subway is really close by, and the back patio is perfect for decompressing after a busy day. The fold out couch is really comfortable, and it was plenty of space for the four of us. The ac worked well, very important on a 90 degree August day.
