A decent hotel but not the best experience. We had a small leak in the bathroom and had to be switched rooms. We ended up on the first floor right off the lobby and were offered two water bottles as compensation. The walls are also very thin - expect to hear your neighbours watching TV if the volume's up. The upside is it was clean, close to transit and a short walk to places to eat etc.
