Really good location - close to different subway lines and walking distance to a range of cafes and shops. Modern and generally comfortable. We had booked 3 rooms - all the same price range - and all 3 were very different in terms of size. Storage in the rooms was inadequate - lack of cupboard and shelf space. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

The rooms were fairly spacious for NYC. The bed was extremely comfortable. Cons: no one helped me with my luggage and you can hear the subway in the room. They also don’t have a coffee machine in the room.

Very impressed! Staff was on the ball, courteous and helpful from the get-go. Room was spacious, incredible floor to ceiling window, bathroom ok. Shower needs higher pressure, but that seems to be the norm these days everywhere unfortunately. The Italian restaurant downstairs is phenomenal-I’m still dreaming of their Cacio e Pepe. Overall, wish I had more need to stay in Brooklyn because this has quickly become a fave hotel.

Check-in was very welcoming and we had a very nice room on the 11th floor. This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Ace and this was just as lovely as the first. The bagel shop downstairs had great food and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable, however the water pressure in the shower was not the best and the sink drained slowly. These issues did not affect my stay.
