We had food in the refrigerator and drinks everything froze. In the bathroom sink drain was very slow looks like it was kind of clogged the handle bar in the shower broken the Fossetts in the shower was also broken he worked But the handle On the Fossett was coming off.

Staff was great. Room was meh. Nothing special. Amenities were lacking, I mean no vending machine, no coffee maker I room. Bare minimum. The bed was rather comfortable. All in all, not bad, but could be greatly improved.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel in my life. it was so dirty, the staff was so unprofessional and unhelpful. I can't believe the lack of customer service. I walked into the room and it was totally unacceptable and dirty. The wallpaper is falling off the walls, there is an unrecognizable substance that was splattered over the bathroom walls. Shelves from the dresser missing. The staff was able to put me into another room which was to my suprise JUST as dirty as the first with the same dirty walls and bathroom. I am horrified that I was not granted an immediate refund for this. The staff would not help me at all.

Modern boutique comfort

Really enjoyed the new bathroom , spacious king bed and the friendly staff in the lobby where complimentary coffee is served. Enjoy!

Affordable, clean lodging

Pros: Nice front desk staff.
Cons: It's nice to have a king bed, but you really do lose a lot of space because of it. Try to clean the marks off the walls.
Location: Chelsea Galleries, Chelsea Market, HighLine, MSG.
The staff at this hotel were very nice and the room was clean. Like everyone has said, the rooms are super small. It worked for me, but for two people, it would be a very tight squeeze. If you have luggage, even harder. Not impossible if you get along well. There are some marks on the wall that made it look less clean than it was, but this is from people bumping their items into it because of how small the room is- lol. The location was a little iffy for a single female- not necessarily bad, but a little too isolated in the evening for midtown. It wasn't a bad walk with a rollaway suitcase to Penn Station, and a great location for Chelsea galleries, which is why I stay in midtown. The mattress was nothing special, but fine. I would stay here again.

Good hotel. It was pretty far from the subway.

Pros: Cleanliness and great staff. Enjoyed the security I felt there.
Loved New York! Great time! Hotel was easy to find a cab. It was emaculatly clean. Small rooms with only coffee in the room or lobby. Cafes are located in close proximity.

Good for a one-night stay

Pros: It was close enough to Penn Station that I could walk with my luggage and not get exhausted.
Cons: The price.
Location: I was only there overnight, so I didn't do much nearby, but it is near to Times Square and not far from Penn Station and the Empire State Building.
This hotel was nice. The room that I was given was quite small (or not exactly small but the king size bed mad it feel small), but it had everything I needed. The location was fairly close to Times Square and about 1/2 mile from Penn Station, so it was pretty easy to get where I needed to go. No breakfast was included but there was coffee in the room. I had a late arrival and the staff were excellent in meeting my needs. Overall, the hotel was fine although it seemed somewhat expensive for the facilities provided, but it was New York.

The price is reasonable and the place is near the Penn station. the room has coffee machine,microwave and fridge.
