The facility was clean. Gal at the check in was a Dollie. Very friendly & answered all our questions. Breakfast was pleasant & this hotel had shuttle service to LaGuardia airport which was great.

This met our need after a canceled flight. Be aware, if you want to go out for food or other, you need transportation. We ubered to Chinatown and had some great food(cash only) Nothing fancy, staff is nice. Elevator didn’t work once, but worked fine later on. Room was clean and had fridge and microwave. A bit noisy with airport nearby. Airport shuttle was a great perk.

I like that the property is close to the airport. However, the room was DISGUSTING. The floors were filthy. They were sticky and damp and left a residue on our feet. The shower was broken. The water was either freezing cold or scalding hot. We could not get a mid temperature in order to shower comfortably. This is unacceptable for a Marriott property.

The ac had a bad smell, message said filter was clogged and needed replacing. There were dead insects in the bathroom. Honestly, for the price it should have had functioning ac and no dead insects.

The one thing I expect from a hotel is a hot shower and a warm bed. We had absolutely no hot water and the front desk didn’t have any solutions to resolve the issue. I was completely shocked with the lack of interest in the issue. So disappointing. Will never stay again.

it was an experience we don't want to remember.

there was no hot water in the room. the elevators were not working. so it was very slow and you had to wait 10 minutes for only two floors. so we mostly had to use the narrow and hot stairs. we were offered to move to a room with hot water and unfortunately the room had a bathroom full of hair. even one of the towels had hair in it. i don't even want to remember. it was very bad.
