From the minute we were picked up at JFK by their shuttle to the moment we walked into the lobby after a long flight, we felt truly welcomed. After traveling, that first impression means everything — and they did not disappoint. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the entire stay even more enjoyable. It was such a relief to arrive somewhere that felt inviting and taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone flying in or out of JFK!

Room was missing the coffee maker but had all the supplies for one. Ran out of facial tissues after just 3 tissues! On the bright side breakfast was excellent with plenty of tasty offerings to choose from. Their shuttle service was also great.The room was clean and neat otherwise.
