Rooms were a bit small & a bit dirty especially after I had to pay $80 for advance service (early check-in), I expected more! Vending machines were out of services so we had to walk to the store unfortunately.

When we arrived, they were giving the room to another guest until we spoke up about it. An hour later, there was a fight in the hallway and management didn’t do anything. We could barely sleep from all the noice and disruptancies. We complained to the front desk and they didn’t even take note of anything we said. The vending machines were all out of service, and the lights weren’t functional in the room. The pillows were dirty, and the sheets were old.
