We were pleasantly surprised by our room and the friendliness of the people at the reception desk. Our room was ready early and we were lucky enough to have to room on the 12th floor which had an outdoor space that was incredible! It had an outdoor enclosed patio with a heater and awesome patio furniture. Our other room was great too. Perfect for our needs too but a bit smaller. I would definitely come back and reserve the bigger room with the terrace! Super clean and affordable! Great area too! Central to everything.

We got a room that looked nothing like the picture when we booked. The building is not just a hotel, it contains nail salons among other shops/offices on other floors. The front desk is a security desk who can handle check ins and check outs, the hotel office is located around the back and is not 24 hours. Aside from that, the room was quiet and clean and the location is great, walking distance for a lot of fun things.

Loved this hotel! Our room was clean, comfortable, and updated. Reception 1 took excellent care of us. The location was super! Literally a couple of blocks from the Empire State Building, and Blank Street Cafe!

Great for a quick overnight with friends.
The apartment was exactly as described- there were plenty of places to sleep for our group of 8. The beds were mostly comfortable, and the apartment was very warm. It was clean and perfect for an overnight for a group of friends, even though it is small. The check in process was mostly easy, although I had to message the owner in order to get instructions on how to check in. They were not sent automatically as promised in the listing. Convenient luggage storage on site if you are checking out and want to wander the city. It would be appreciated to have a broom for the floors or a mop especially in the winter because we were tracking in all kinds of dirt and snow from the crazy weather outside, even with removing shoes at the entrance.
