Great stay! Owners very involved and kind. It’s an older property but clean. Rooms are small and beds are full size not queen. Enjoyed the area right in Korea town.

They downgraded me to a full sized bed even though my reservation was for a queen. My room view was a wall. The room was outdated and the size of a shoe box. My friend has a drunk guy knock on her door at 2 am and just stand outside her door creepy like. There was only one functional elevator for the whole hotel and the breakfast was very basic and a joke. I went expecting a nice NY experience and honestly would never go back or recommend this hotel.

Amazing location and a plus that breakfast was included in the price of the hotel stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and well-kept. Hotel guests have access to a hotel bar and lounge area plus there’s a great bar and separate restaurant attached. I would definitely stay here again. We went during Christmas and I loved the seasonal, festive decorations of the hotel…made it feel very much like the holidays which is exactly what I wanted.

Hotel was overall a great place and perfect spot! We had a great time. The only negative was the elevator was very slow and had to walk many times down 8 flights of stairs. Would be back for sure!!

The staff was wonderful! The location was wonderful! However, the rooms are so unbearably HOT that it made the trip unacceptable. We did not sleep well for 3 nights. Offering us a fan so that we could circulate warm air was useless. Update your hotel because this heat was disgusting!
