Much bigger than expected! Three of us fit comfortably in two beds - one twin and one full. Heat was great . It was a little too warm for me but I couldn’t change the temperature. The bedding was sparkling clean and looked relatively new. The towels were white and clean …. No stains. Great find right in midtown!

Older hotel. Room was exactly what I needed for just me, but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Cute for what it is. There is no elevator, so be sure to pay attention to that when booking, as I didn’t. I’m in NYC a couple times a year, and this will probably be my go-to place as it’s within walking distance to pretty much everything.

We were given a room key upon checking in, but the room had not been cleaned yet. We were given another room on the same floor so we did not have to wait. Unfortunately, the heat was on full blast in the room and we had no control over it in the room. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t even stand in front of the sink. Convenient location, but not a great place.

Clean. Well priced. Very tiny room, even by mid-town standards. Have to take the steps up a few flights. It's Manhattan, so everything is close, including MSG. It's clean, safe, and affordable.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. There is no elevator, which was not mentioned on the website, so we had to haul bags up 3 flights. The room was so small that you could not get in on one side of the bed. The hvac did not work at all so we had to keep the window open in the middle of December! They could never find a tv remote that would work and there are not cable channels as was advertised. Very small bathroom and sink. The sink did not drain properly. Pictures on website show coffee and muffins in the lobby...not there. I would avoid staying at this place at all costs.

Everything was perfect for seeing a show at MSG. If city noise will keep you up at night, this isnt the spot for you. Its near an red light/intersection which drivers frequently blow their horns at. Basically NYC drivers. 😉

A lot of the Hotels.com info is incorrect. The phone number is wrong and the front desk is staffed later than 11. This facility is clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. The location was great. There are a lot of restaurants near. A lot of sights are easily walked to. Taxis are available at Madison Square Gardens.
