Our one-night stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. We could not have asked for a more perfect room. The front desk staff was super friendly and accomodating. Special acknowledgement goes out to Cheryl at the front desk, as well as an Hispanic young lady that I didn't catch her name. If they are the face of your hotel, the first people guests will see upon arrival, Marriot at the Brooklyn Bridge will be known as the best hotel in the area.

Overall we thought this was a great property to stay for a family of 6 and our first trip to NYC. Staff was great and friendly, they provided some great suggestions on what to do in the area. Access to cabs and subway was very easy as well. Will stay again if we return to Brooklyn.

First, over priced. Second, the room was a ways from the elevator and it seemed like i was walking into another building. They explained nothing about the services offered there but gave me a sheet to read about it.
