Although there's something misunderstanding regarding the breakfast included but it is smoothly solved. I recommend this place strongly if you want to go somewhere at Downtown Mahattan in a walkable distance.

From start to finish, it was a great experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The area was quiet, and it was an easy and quick walk to public transportation. I would be happy to stay here again.
