Rooms, guy at the front desk, amenities are all A+. I’m telling you, this is my best stay in NYC. I would highly recommend. My only concern was that, they manager sent a welcome email but didn’t notify that there would be $100 safety fee for in case of damages to the rooms, neither was it in on this site when I was booking it. So for future reference, it would be great to make it known here on Expedia that there’ll be such fees/payments.

The staff were very nice and friendly, but the rooms and common areas felt somewhat neglected and lower quality. Our door didn't close tightly and there was a large gap underneath it, so we could hear everything from the hallway and I would assume we could be heard from the hallway as well. It felt somewhat unsafe due to this.

I really lived that everything was nice and clean and always available..staff was extremely nice and understanding. We arrived out of town early and they let us store our bags before check in to tour! When we arrived in our rooms we had wine glass’s and a welcome note so beautiful
