Staff very efficient and clearly enjoyed working for the organization. Room immaculate. Very modern and eco-friendly. Would definately book this when in NYC. And the service and breakfast variety was better than many in Europe and Asia. Good value all around. And very near Times Square, resturant row and theatres.

We had a great stay. We were in the city for our daughter's 17th birthday. We were able to check in early at no additional cost, which helped us get into the city sooner than we expected. The hotel was clean and neat. Service was great and employees were very attentive. Room was clean and sufficient for our stay. No complaints - would definitely stay again and recommend to friend and family.
