Staff very efficient and clearly enjoyed working for the organization. Room immaculate. Very modern and eco-friendly. Would definately book this when in NYC. And the service and breakfast variety was better than many in Europe and Asia. Good value all around. And very near Times Square, resturant row and theatres.

Our room was booked through Hotels.com. The hotel did not have the correct reservation for us. They had incorrect information and expected us to pay for the room at double the rate we had already paid and dispute the hotel.com reservation. It took over an hour of our time to come up with a solution and upon checking out the issue had still not been resolved. The hotel stated they had issues like this before with hotels.com, making me unsure of the reliability of booking with them in the future. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly and easily.

Have stayed here 3 times now and it’s been excellent every time. Rooms are spotless they are quite small but it’s only a bed for the night as you’re out most of the day, beds are very comfortable too. Breakfast is also a great reason to stay at this hotel obviously as well as the location. Lots to choose from the buffet breakfast, yes it does get busy but you don’t have to wait too long. Staff are always very helpful too

Location, location, location!!! Could not be better for seeing a Broadway show. Room was bare bones and linens were threadbare and coverlet at end of bed was dirty, but we had everything we needed. Bathroom had glass walls that were frosted but see-through, NOT ideal for a mother/daughter traveling together, that was my biggest complaint. Room was a decent size, especially for NYC. Nice big windows, with a city view. Hot breakfast buffet was fabulous and overflowing. Staff were all welcoming and friendly. Price was fabulous for NYC. It was a decent place to lay my head for a night, but not worthy of a rave review. I may be back because the location simply cannot be beat.
