The room was advertised as a Double Room - Queen size! Any other hotel a double room means two beds, not one bed! There should have been two queen beds. I specifically made this room selection because I was sharing the room with a friend. The hotel was able to bring up a rollaway bed, but for the price this was unacceptable. Also, the outdoor deck area had no chairs or furniture available for the guests. Very disappointing as well.

The location cannot be beat, and the price was reasonable for Manhattan, especially at this time of the year when there are many events taking place. The bathroom is really wonderful and updated. The only issue I had was that I was in the 07 line of rooms and the elevator kept me up During the night.

Being on 57th/Lexington hotel is not too far from west side, upper west side, times square, grand central, lower Manhattan.....staff was professional and helpful always

Kind & helpful staff, comfy & clean rooms and beds, nice amenities like fitness center and terrace, fast wi-fi, quiet and convenient location close to public transport and pedestrian-friendly.
