We send a message and also called for a special request. The staff member told us that he was going to add those requests, however upon arrival we were disappointed, they did not accommodate our requests. Also the restaurant was too cold when we went for breakfast. The room was very clean and modern.

Stayed for the 1st time at Renaissance NY midtown. It was very convenient for our 1 night stay to celebrate our birthdays- a quick walk from Amtrak & the Morgan library & museum for our afternoon . We were able to check in early & doorman escorted us to elevator for 6 th floor check in. The concierge made some lunch suggestions & gave us a map to the Morgan. All staff very helpful. In the evening we took a taxi to & from restaurant & theater. Easy ride to theater district. If it wasn’t arctic cold conditions , we could have walked. I definitely would return. Room & shower spacious. Check out fast.

Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. The location was perfect. The bar/restraunt was very nice. The only negative is that the breakfast does not open until 730am on weekends

Everything was excellent! We had a reservation for 3 nights but we arrived one day before, they gave us a room upgrade and early check in, which was just perfect since we were tired of traveling and it was cold outside. The room is very well appointed, a super comfy bed and pillows, a very nuce bathroom, big, with a big shower. we were at 33th floor with a nice view. We didn't have breakfast there all days, but we had two days and it was very good. Location also is very good, midtown, with Macy's around the corner and few blocks from Times Square, next to Penn Station, you can go everywhere in no time! We prefer stay close but NOT at Times Square, and this hotel is perfectly located. They received all my Amazon purchases with a smile. We will stay there again FOR SURE next trip to NY City!

Room was spotless for the most part, and we had a nice, spacious room. The surfaces in the room were a bit dusty, and looked like they just finished renovating or were in the midst of it— all in all the service was great and they complied to all of our requests. A great stay all in all—had a wonderful time

Everything amazing except the awful elevator situation. Nonsensical process that could have you waiting for a loooong time. We had to walk down 26 flights of stairs to get to a dinner reservation after waiting for 15+ minutes.
