Overall a nice hotel. Manager helped get me set up with an aiport transfer, which was nice. Staff were friendly with all of my questions and check in was easy. Room was a nice size and clean. Location was in a great location for walking. The only two downsides for my stay: 1. No fan in the bathroom. I know it is hit and miss with hotels and is just my preference. 2. Construction right outside my room across the street in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and they were unaware and said all they could do is give me ear plugs (which I said I already have been using). I ended up sleeping on the bathroom floor as I could close the door to block the sound. Not too happy for paying over $700 to sleep on the bathroom floor... I know it is beyond their control, but would have been nice if maybe offered a room on the opposite side, if available.

Hotel is in a great area. Easy walk to theater district or up to Central Park. Grand Central station aid a five minute walk away. Breakfast is in included and the staff does a great job keeping the food ready and easy to access. Super clean! Would stay here again.
