PERFECT place to stay in NYC whether you are there for business or pleasure, family time, alone time or single life. Its location is across from Bryant Park, and a subway station, 1 block from the famous 5th Ave shopping and only a few blocks from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. The staff are friendly and helpful no matter the time of day or night. Save yourself money by eating at the best hotel supplied breakfast I have ever eaten anywhere!!!! This was my 1st time staying here but will now be my go to for NYC trips!!!!

Comfortable & convenient choice for a stay in NYC!

The Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square offers spacious, is perfect for both short and extended stays. Great location near Bryant Park and Times Square which makes exploring the city easy. Staff was very friendly staff, complimentary breakfast buffet and amenities like the fitness center were great.

The location of this hotel (within walking distance of Times Square; immediately next to the subway) makes it a great place to stay. Drawbacks are the overcrowded breakfast (we only went once and then opted to just buy breakfast elsewhere), the noise (mostly because our room was immediately next to elevators), and the poor wifi. But the location couldn't be beat, so it was worth it!

Great Stay for family and a convenient location

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The location is great, and the room was quite decent, spacious and clean. The room service lady was super nice, and the overall service staff was helpful and courteous. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The bathroom could use a proper ventilation fan. Also, the entrance hallway leading to the elevator had an unpleasant smell, which was not very welcoming. Apart from these minor issues, it’s a good place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it for families.
