We wanted to stay near Broadway, and this spot was perfect. Everything was within walking distance, great restaurants nearby, and all of the big theaters were practically outside our door. The staff was wonderful,and the breakfast each morning was great. It was a nice and quiet reprieve in between our daily adventures.

I had this cockroach as a guest in my room. It didn’t bother me and flushed it Maund never saw another one. It didn’t seem to bother the hotel people either as they just shrugged it off. All was good really and nice friendly staff. They did foget to make the room up on one night.

Great Stay

The stay was pleasant, the staff was nice. Breakfast was great and filling. The only slight issue was that the rooms were small and the room doors were heavy so it made a bit of noise when guests entered and exited their rooms.

Staff was amazing at recommending restaurants, good NY pizza and things to do nearby. Also was very interested in hearing reviews after coming back from places recommended. We mostly spoke to one staff member.I don't remember her name. She's a slender black woman. Not sure how tall but taller than me at 5'2". She was there when we checked in One downfall with the room. The bathroom was small. The layout could be better as you have to walk in, close the door to use the toilet. The toilet in behind the door. For someone that is built/heavy set it is very tight.

Good location and welcoming lobby. Offers room for 2 queen beds, good for family travel though limited space to move around in the room. Bed was comfy but felt like basement for the first floor guest room. The bath room door is strange, no lock nor tongue that can keep it closed. Shower stall is half open, better ask for extra towel to clean the water splashed out. Hot breakfast made on the spot, good variety of choices. Room service didn’t show up at 2:40 pm and had to request it. No onsite parking. The description of the amenity needs update.
