I had such an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. Check-in was smooth and quick, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything smelled fresh and clean. I also loved how quiet it was — I was able to truly relax and unwind. The location was perfect and convenient to everything I needed. Housekeeping stayed on top of everything, and any questions I had were handled quickly and kindly. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a peaceful atmosphere. I’ll absolutely be back!

Room was clean, staff was helpful, nice plain hotel. Only issue was that I discovered that the valet parking service had swapped out my new windshield wiper blades with old ones while they had my car. I noticed the clips were up when driving home, but I didn't notice the blades were different until a few days later and they left streaks when it rained. I had just replaced them before the trip and the ones they switched out were completely different (short vs wide rubber blades). Questionable valet service for sure.

Amazing staff very courteous. The room was also very clean. I really enjoyed my stay there. The bed was really comfortable and everybody was amazing. Everything was spacious compared to a lot of room rooms in New York.

The hotel is really nice, checkin was easy and the room was clean. The pillows are a bit soft but overall everything is nice. Unfortunately the elevators don’t work from 11pm-7am which sucks if you want to get something late at night and you’re on the 11th floor. I would definitely book again
