Rooms are ok - not worth paying extra for a balcony. No view and the door is not great which means drafts and smell of smoke wafting through from outside. The generators are so noisy, as is the heating, which does disrupt your sleep. Staff are nice and the rooms themselves are modern and well decorated. Close to tourist spots.

Hotel was very underwhelming. Staff wasn’t particularly helpful, corner king room with balcony was on the 2nd floor so couldn’t see anything, not really close to anything. Hard to find too—signage isn’t very good. Did enjoy the heated bathroom floor! We only stayed for one night so it met our basic needs but wouldn’t return or stay longer.

The hotel staff was very friendly , professional, and well organized. The room was very clean and in checkout they had an option they can hold our luggage’s if needed incase we needed to get things done in the city before we go to the airport. It was amazing ! And also you wouldn’t have to walk far for food or snacks . It has a Japanese grocery store next to it and also an Italian restaurant alora next door !
