It was a small and simple room but clean,comfortable and adequate. No frills like a view and no elevator,but minutes from Times Square and across the street from coffee and good food and a convenience store. It wasnt noisy for as close as it was to the action. Friendly staff.

I am a "super" commuter who needed to stay for the night....and this was perfect. This hotel has only been open (new owners?) for a month-ish so my room was spotless. I was on the 5th floor and it was QUIET. Smartly designed with no frills, but clean as a whistle. Good water pressure, comfy bed, all the TV apps, wifi, coffee and tea in the basement, and darker towels (which in think is brilliant). Only thing to note...no elevator, so just be prepared for that. I hope it stays as clean and crisp as it is now in it's brand new state! Location is perfect.

This was a lovely property that I would stay at again. The only two minor down sides were that you have to walk up the stairs (we were on the 5th floor), and our TV did not work. The front desk said they didn't work when we asked about it. But other than that, bed was comfy, nice and clean, bathroom was beautiful - we really enjoyed the stay! It was a great location and close to a lot of food options and major landmarks.

Staff at this hotel lack empathy and basic customer service. Expedia should remove this hotel from their website. The hotel ruined my trip and resulted in my family having to incur expenses due to the hotels error.

Great location, but extremely disappointing. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the shower drainage was poor, and there was no door—resulting in a flooded bathroom after every shower. Despite requesting housekeeping, the room wasn’t cleaned. Extra towels were delayed and only arrived after a second request. It was nothing like the photos or reviews. Would not recommend.

Quiet comfortable stay near Times Square

It took a minute to get buzzed inside the lobby to I lock the front door up in arrival. There was maintenance happening the the small lobby and on the stairs and in our hotel room lobby when we arrived which was hard for my Mom to negotiate around. But, the bed was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was a beautiful bland and white tile and the shower was hot and with great water pressure. We didn't like how the water splashed onto the bathroom floor, but otherwise good. The maintenance was done later in the day and the hotel was very quiet so we slept soundly. It started rough, but then it checked all of the boxes.

Place looks not good on the outside but the inside is fine. Room was small but clean with a nice bathroom. View out the window was an alley and there is no elevator. For me, it was just fine for a one night stay. Big plus is they have early check-in before 10 AM and got me in around 9.

Hidden gem in Manhattan!!!

The hotel may seem a little sketchy when you search it up but it recently changed ownership so 2 names are online for the same place but dont let that discourage you, it was in a wonderful location on 8th Ave. Only a 5 minute walk from central square in Manhattan! Great location with a lot of eats, entertainment and convenience stores all within 5 or 10 minute walks! Very small, quiet and tucked away gem in Manhattan! The service from the people there was top notch, the rooms are very clean and everything is new! 10/10 would recommend to anyone going to stay in the area of Uptown Manhattan!

I enjoyed my stay here for a night. I just needed one more hotel room for my last night on my NY trip and this hotel did it for me. I needed something quick and it was convenient. I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to grab a room since it was Labor Day weekend and I waited till the last minute to book a hotel. Thankfully they were able to accommodate me. Thank you!
