Upon arrival,I was given the wrong type room. All of the other rooms were booked,so the proper room wasn't available until the following day. The thermostat was broken,causing me a night with no heat on the coldest weekend on record in decades. The lack of a second bed and no heat forced my expected guest to stay at a separate hotel. Plus,the tv didn't work !!! Despite my room being changed next day,the damage was done. As restitution,I was only offered hotel points,until I contacted Expedia and they negotiated my proper compensation.

Property was clean, rooms were clean. Staff was very nice. Elevators a little slow. And plenty of seating in the breakfst area but not tables really to put your food down.
