The room itself was TINY but very nicely appointed. Every bit of space was maximized. Bathroom was sparkling Breakfast was decent and given breakfast at surrounding restaurants would have been at least $20 per person, having it included was great. Front staff were courteous and helpful as were the guys overseeing the breakfast area in the mornings ONLY complaint...housekeeping takes over the already slow elevators around 9-9:15 am so best to get back to room before or after that. Only one elevator and it can be a long wait. Overall..we and our friends were more than pleased with the hotel and its location...less than 2 blocks (5mins) to Times Square.

I didn’t expect a huge spacious room due to its location in time square. However, it was nice, clean and cozy for me. Great customer service experience.
