The room was nice but I seen a roach. I booked the room because it was my son's birthday so I wanted him to enjoy the pool that was there. I had balloons and the manager was rude. He said they have a no party policy and I said it wasn't a party. Then he said "I see balloons" and again I said it's not a party. He said it a little aggressive and I really didn't appreciate it. I will not be staying there again.

Staff rude. They Were supposed to shuttle us to cruise ship dock and I get here they say hey can’t do it and I must pay for a taxi to cruise dock
