The shuttle was easy to find but the signage could be improved as there are two Hampton Inn shuttles serving 2 different hotels. There is also no telling what time the shuttle is coming without calling the hotel.

The bed was big and very comfortable, and ewe had a large suite with a TV in the living area and bedroom. But our toilet was running all night and was clogged up and ran over onto the floor with feces and urine all over the place and was not fixed properly during our stay.

Please stay there several times and we always come out thankful for the staff. Breakfast is actually pretty good and shopping at the mall is very convenient. The only thing they should invest in improving is the shuttle to the airport.

Looks great, but...

Hotel was clean, and had a nice appearance. Service left something to be desired. If you expect to eat breakfast, go early! We showed up an hour prior to the end of breakfast hours. No bagels, yogurt, eggs, meat, just dry cereal, oatmeal, or a waffle you have to prepare. There was a small bar/restaurant in the lobby that had a great menu but never seemed to be open. It would have been nice to control our own thermostat a bit more for sleeping, but I understand being eco friendly.

Girls Weekend

The hotel is very nice and clean, still brand new. It's located right by a mall and directly under flight paths for planes taking off. The AC in my room did not work correctly, but the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. My only complaint would be my room location, it was right beside the elevators so I heard them all night (ear plugs are a must!). Plenty of parking! Staff was not friendly, I know there were a lot of issues happening when I was waiting for service (no internet, people waiting for the bus shuttle, etc.), but they're the face of the hotel and I did not feel welcomed. However, I would stay again.

Some issues encountered was the air conditioner was not cooling properly, shuttle service delays with pickup and although there was a bar but never saw a bar tender during our three day weekend visit. Maintenance personnel not available 24 hours. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered pretty late on the weekend. The front desk staff and housekeeper were friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room were appreciated.

The evening front desk upgraded our room and was very friendly. Only issue was there was an emergency with the driver to the airport the next day and we weren’t notified until we asked why he was late and we had to wait for the shuttle from a neighboring hotel.

Internet was down. Couldn’t sign in. Couldn’t make keys. AC was not working. Drapes were stuck in the pane. Pulled out and ages of dirt came out. Had to be moved to a different room. Could not get into system to confirm the room change but the new room ac was working. These were big problems for the staff. They were friendly but had to be hard for them.
