◆ As per Property Management, we've been required to institute a policy of requesting IDs from all guests who occupy our units. This policy is clearly outlined in our House Rules, which we encourage all guests to review before booking a reservation with us.

To help keep the rugs and floors clean and in good condition, we kindly ask all guests to remove their shoes upon entering the unit and place them on the shoe rack provided.
IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES & POLICIES
1. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed in the unit or anywhere on the property. Guests who exceed the number listed on the reservation or violate this rule may be asked to leave immediately without refund. Additional fees may also apply.
2. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the unit or anywhere on the premises. Candles, incense, and open flames are also strictly prohibited. Additional fees will apply for any violation of this rule.
3. No extra guests are permitted without prior approval. Unauthorized guests may result in additional fees and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
4. No refunds will be issued for interruptions or amenity closures beyond the host’s control, including but not limited to internet outages, weather-related disruptions, power outages, or building amenity closures and maintenance.
5. Missing items will incur a replacement fee equal to the cost of the missing item(s).
6. Damaged or stained items may incur a replacement fee or professional cleaning fee, depending on the severity of the damage and whether the item can be restored.
7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls, floors, ceilings, doors, or furniture, including tape, hooks, or self-adhesive items.
8. Do not remove any signs posted inside the apartment.
9. Please use coasters whenever possible to help prevent furniture stains, scratches, or water damage.
10. Loud music and excessively loud television volume are not permitted, as there are other residents in the building.
11. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
12. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the premises by or for any guest under the age of 21.
13. Mail and packages are generally not permitted to be delivered to the property, as we cannot assume responsibility for them. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for stays longer than 14 days. If this applies to your stay, please contact the host in advance. We are not liable for any packages delivered to the property.
14. A late checkout fee will apply if checkout is not completed by the designated checkout time, unless a late checkout has been requested and approved in advance.
15. For community safety and security, the host requires a photo of a government-issued ID for all guests listed on the reservation. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or used for any other purpose. Guests may cover identifying details on the ID except for the name, date of birth, and photo.
These guidelines are put in place by Property Management for everyone's safety and to manage potential liabilities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
