"I have limited mobility which staff was aware of. The key cards they gave me had to keep being replaced. Didn’t work for the pool or the room. It would work one time and then not the next. Them even when we got new cards it would show green but was still locked. I had to keep going to the front desk to replace the cards. I ended up pulling something in my knee between standing at the room door Trying to open it. Then having to walk to front desk to have cards Replaced and back. Never got an apology. Acted like it was my Fault the keys Didn’t work. The morning staff said it was probably Because we were checking out that day and mistakenly already checked us out. It was 8:30am. "

"Honestly, during the days I stayed there, the service was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, and the pool was great—even the water temperature was perfect. I spent a few incredibly peaceful days there and felt completely relaxed. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the customer service was outstanding; they truly look out for you, and everyone is very polite. I honestly had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again. God bless you all, and thank you!"

"Fast check in and friendly, professional front desk staff. I stayed 3 nights. They state that breakfast is “continental” and that’s exactly what is offered so people shouldn’t complain. The machine dispensed coffee is pretty awful. I had a standard king room and it was clean and good sized. They do need to add another chair to the room. The only chair is at the desk which faces a wall with your back to the tv so your only choice to watch tv is on the bed. They have some nice touches with cookies and whole fruit available all day. If I’m in the area, I would stay here again"

"The staff was very friendly and very helpful. However, they were short staffed. Due to staffing, the bar was not open and there were no clean towels in the pool area. Besides that, the stay was good. "

"Best hotel we’ve been to. We loved the historic feel of the place, the vintage bathrooms and dual heat/ac unit. Terrie at the front desk was the nicest woman we’ve ever met at a hotel; extremely welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and smelled nice. The parking was so easy and close to walk. We will absolutely be back!! Thanks for everything!"
