I booked 2rooms,5 min after check in,security from the casino came to my friend room & told him to leave the hotel right away because he had self restraint order from the casino.But they didn’t say anything to us when we’re doing the checkin process.So he has to leave the hotel at 10.30pm with baby & his wife.The hotel told us they will refund us but we have to go through the expedia as we booked the hotel through expedia.I contacted with expedia & from expedia they try to contact with hotel but hotel denied to do the refund.Terrible management service,The question is if anybody has self restraint from the casino,why he can’t stay at the hotel?

My husband and I have stayed here with our two dogs on three occasions. Every time, we've had a lovely, clean, large and very comfortable room with an excellent bathroom. Front desk service is so friendly and helpful. Love that there are dining options and a great workout room onsite too. All that good stuff and the dogs stay free too!
