This hotel was Disgusting, Filthy totally run down. The paint on the doors was peeling. This location was the first time i've been and extremely un maintained. We decided to NOT to stay for my safety and children's safety The front desk was not helpful in refunding our money despite calling and requested refund. I was with my two daughters and witnessed a person shooting up right at the front. We are disputing the charges with customer care and with our Capital One credit card. We had to look elsewhere to stay for the weekend in Liverpool/Syracuse but because there was a motley crew and def Leppard concert in town and that ended up costing us more money and could only find a hotel availability in Watertown which was over an hour away. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. The website pictures were very deceiving and untrue. This is the worst experience ever.
