When I saw that all the reviews that said the hotel was Excellent, I was wary...and rightfully so. While, it was clean (save for a few spots on the microwave), there were spots that were in need of repair especially in the bathroom. Caulking job was terrible, the faucet was loose, and worse, the shower curtain rod was rusted and leaning out of the wall that the curtain wouldn't stay closed. These items are beyond repair and should be replaced.

Clean, Nice; disappointed about one small thing.

We had two rooms, one Friday to Monday, one Saturday to Monday. The agent who checked me in on Friday night said I would have attached rooms, and even moved me to be sure that we would, for when our adult children arrived on Saturday. When I checked in for the second room on Saturday the agent said my children could not have the room attached to ours. That was disappointing.

Always a good sleep!

This is one of our favorite motels in this area. It's only drawback is no good breakfast! I wish they would fix that and give a decent breakfast like other motels in the area. The rooms are clean, refreshed; the bathroom has been updated. The mattress is very comfortable, as is the temperature of the room. The workers are friendly and I especially like the cleaning workers.

I had a quick overnight stay in Syracuse awaiting a flight in the morning. I chose this Super 8 due to its reviews and price. Vanessa at the front desk received me kindly and checked me in quickly. The room was clean and the grounds were kept up as well.I will definitely return when I’m flying out of Syracuse again.

I have stayed at the Super 8 in Liverpool for the past 4 years and have always had a pleasurable experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel is in close proximity to the train station and they provide a free shuttle. The area has many dining and shopping options and is close to all points of interest. My room has always been clean and I feel safe. I will definitely be returning!

In complete transparency, my needs were simple: a place to sleep a few hours and a way to get to the airport at an unreasonably early hour. Being the cheapest room around was a huge bonus. Staff is very friendly and they run a shuttle to the airport every half hour, all night long. We are very pleased!
