- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.

To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.

The property was just as it looked lovely and clean and only a couple of minutes from seafront and town centre It does need a tin opener we tried with a penknife 😕 Better instructions needed on how to open lock box no where does it says you have to hold the button down and we ended up ringing to find out how to do it. Also the property alarm on the inside of the main front door was going off constantly saying low battery. We reported it and were told to use the key and press silence alarm, which we did but it was soon back on again. My bedroom was on that wall and when that thing was going off every morning at 5 o clock and we had to get up to turn it off it did get very annoying

This place was awful, bathroom sink and toilet not screwed to wall and moving about, Hob loose like the bathroom, no wifi, TV on wall just below ceiling had bend head back to watch it, the room was small so you could not move back, oven tray disgusting thick grease , dust everywhere, damp on front bedroom wall, box on wall in lounge packed with cables and 4/5 electronic devices just hanging out, no paper manuals/information pamphlets at all, on how to operate things. etc, etc, etc.
