The front desk staff was wonderful but the hotel needed a bit of hands and knees cleaning. Tub caulking looked like it had been done by a child. Whatever they used to clean the bathroom floor with was sticky. Vacuum cleaners don’t do baseboards.

One must not expect maintenance to take care of a toilet problem if in the evening/night time. We had to wait until after 9 am the next morning for help. We had to keep going to the rest room in the lobby all night and early morning. If a plunger had been available to the front desk perhaps we could have fixed it. Not sure. Anyway, not a pleasant time for two in their 70’s. A toilet is necessary at our age “all night”.

Enjoyed our stay in WV.

Our stay was good. The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was hearty. Plenty of items to choose from. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

I stayed at this place during the weekend when attending an outdoor event in Hammonsville, the OH side, because I don't find any suitable hotel facilities around that area. And I found this place is very convenient to access. The room is very clean and well maintained, with decent price!

I found it to be clean and comfy. Beds were great. Linens appeared fresh. Only two downfalls were the phone didn’t work in my room so I couldn’t get a wake up call and the lighting on the main road into the hotel is non existent. Hard to see even pulling in. Not the fault of the hotel, just watch entering and leaving on the main road! Otherwise great stay. Friendly people.

The room had a cigarette smoke odor. I left the window open for the whole stay to help get some air circulating through there. I called the front desk and they.offered to switchnour rooms, however I declined. They did say they would take something off of our bill.
