Lovely looking resort, terrible service. Not 5*
This is a beautiful looking resort. Lovely pool area and artificial beach (no access to sea however). However this is not a 5 star resort. The service from staff was 3 star at best. Staff speak minimal English and often just ignored us. Pool side staff actually quite rude and didn’t respond to requests for menu or towels. Staff always on their phone, extremely unprofessional. Had to interrupt someone watching videos with headphones in to ask something! Food and drinks average but extremely overpriced. No access to complimentary water at pool/restaurant. Resort 20 mins taxi from main centre. It was my wife’s birthday and they kindly gave us a cake only after asking, or else nothing would have been done. We were extremely disappointed in the service. Staff need training. We have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels and I’m sorry to say this was the worst a service experienced.

리조트의 전체적인 분위기나 시설과 인테리어가 너무나도 깔끔하고 아름다웠어요 무엇보다 서비스나 청결도 측면에서 굉장히 우수한 곳이라고 생각됩니다~ 조식도 맛은 물론이고, 메뉴가 반 이상이 매일 바뀌어서 새로운 메뉴를 기대하게끔 만들었어요. 아담하고 알찬 숙소라고 생각되어서 다음 기회에 재방문하고 싶습니다! 지인들에게도 꼭 추천할거에요~

아담하지만 깨끗하고 바닷가 앞이라 전망도 트여있어요. 직원중에 한국어에 능숙한 직원도 있어서 편리합니다. 단점은 주변에 아무것도 없어요.. 가족단위 휴양에 적합할듯 합니다..
