Hotel was nice unfortunately the service was not so good. I tried several times to message the hotel to pay for an early check in with no response. Then when we arrived the first person at reception said we could have an early check in and they would call when the room was ready. No call came. I then when back to reception who a new and rude staff memeber told me it was impossible. When I saw other people checking in again before 2pm I went back up to ask and the reception told me very rudely „I already told you nothing before 2pm“ Extremely disappointing from a hotel rated as high as this.

The property was in a fantastic location, directly across from the beach with free beach chairs and umbrellas to hotel guests (limited). Hotel was in walking distance to bars and restaurants. Very polite staff, fantastic facilities.

This property was nice but we were charged 100,000 VND for getting juice on a face cloth. Could have came out with washing. We were told that they tried to clean it and couldn’t which is why were charged, but this was false as the towel never left our room.

Ideal place by the beach.

Great stay. Perfect position on the beach. Great pool area/lobby. Staff were extremely good and the place is spotless. Breakfast needs some work . Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Fantastic ocean front room with balcony. Buffet breakfast was the same each day but was huge with loads of variety. Location is opposite the beach and right in the heart of the action.
