"At first, the service at the front desk seemed a bit poor; the man wasn't very friendly. Then we got to our room and were pleased with it, though we thought it would have been slightly better if we’d been given a room on a higher floor—but we accepted it as is. The next morning, we had to call for drinking water because none had been left in the room, and the same thing happened on subsequent days; they only left water for us on one day. The towels, however, were excellent—they looked brand new! The dining area and the staff were always very cordial and friendly. Overall, it was a very good experience!"

"So glad we chose this hotel for our 4 night trip to Niagara Falls! It was right where all the action & activities were. Loved being able to view the fireworks from our bedrooms each night. Also, even though the streets outside were very active at night, the shades were excellent at blocking out light & the rooms were surprisingly quiet & apparently very well insulated for sound! There were no microwaves in our rooms but there was a mini-fridge that we used. There's a microwave downstairs in the "meeting room" which also had plenty of tables & chairs. We ate food I there 3 times & used the space to play some games when we needed a break from Tourist attractions one of the afternoons. Staff was excellent & even had extra Umbrellas during the rainy day. And ketchup packets another time. We parked in the lot that was about a block a day. It wasn't that far to walk when we needed the vehicle & it was MUCH cheaper that parking at the hotel. We will definitely stay at Vittoria again!"

"We had a wonderful stay with our two kids! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained throughout our stay, making it a great choice for families. The breakfast was really good, with lots of options for everyone. We also tried the dinner buffet one night and have no regrets—it was delicious! You can even smell the amazing food as soon as you step out of the elevator, which gets you excited for the meal. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!"
