Such a nice location and Nice-Ville train station right there. Plenty of bakeries around for morning brekky and baguettes. A lot of room and we had our own family suite. Rain shower was awesome plus separate bathtub with another rain shower! Great value for money and excellent friendly staff. The safe wasnt unlocked from last guest and reception forgot to unlock it when I asked. The lights in sofa area keeps automatically turning off after about a minute which which was annoying but they gave us a lamp as no technician on site. But we would stay here again definitely. .

The breakfast was great at this hotel and although there were some nice aspects of this hotel, it does not feel like a 4 star. The rooms are tiny and you can hear your neighbors. One of the concierges was rude and locked guests onto the balcony for a period of time because he didn’t see them out there.

Lovely hotel, close to Nice Ville station
Stayed with my child for 4 nights, very conveniently situated next to Nice Ville train station. All staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful with all requests. We felt very welcome. The hotel is super clean, with coffee and tea facilities in the room. The breakfast was nice, and apart from the usual fresh croissants and cheese had a choice of boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. On the downside, the room we were in was quite small but this is typical of Nice/ Cannes so kind of expected. What was unexpected, the quirky design of furniture. The bedside table that look styled as old fashion suitcase or pirate chest, but wouldn't open! The wardrobe was very small, and lack of storage was obvious. Lucky we only had 2 carry on!

Great stay!
Great hotel, polite and friendly staff, nice room with a balcony from where there was a good view over the Avenue Durante. The location is good too - the main train station is just a stone throw away, and the seaside some 10 minutes to walk. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the WiFi worked fine. I definitely would stay again. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel 2 minutes from the station and then 5 minutes from the shops. Really clean and nicely decorated. We had a very large bedroom on the 2 nd floor. Staff were nice and polite and breakfast was great. Absolutely stay again.
