The Blacklake Golf Course has three nine-hole courses onsite, a bar/restaurant and is within easy driving distance (10 miles or less) of three other Golf Courses. Nipomo is conveniently located between San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria and this condo is an easy drive to several beaches (incl. Pismo Beach); multiple wineries and restaurants; hiking trails; theatre (PCPA and the Melodrama); Farmers Market in Avila Beach or San Luis Obispo and lots of shopping.
